Best Sulphate free shampoos

I switched to using sulphate free shampoo about three years ago, and it's the best decision I made for my hair. I am sure you by now know about sulphate free shampoos as it has been on the market for quite a while now. Well, if you haven't heard, here is the 4-1-1 on sulphate shampoo.


WHAT IS SULPHATE FREE SHAMPOO? Most shampoos companies advertise their product for its cleaning and lathering effect, but, most of these shampoos also contain an ingredient called SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE. Sodium lauryl sulphate also known as SLS is an ingredient found in most household products such as toothpaste, laundry detergent, hand soap and more. A sulphate free shampoo doesn't contain this hard part.

WHY USE SULPHATE FREE SHAMPOO Using a sulphate free shampoo is beneficial to your hairs health because it doesn't strip your hair of it's natural hair oil like other shampoos, but yet actually cleaning your hair. Using a sulphate shampoo will cause dryness to your hair, therefore, making it prone to breakage.
