How to make stylish hair bun

I love a hair bun. It's an easy hairstyle and very versatile. You can wear it to school, work, gym or on a date. A hair bun is a timeless hairstyle that accentuates your facial features. According to Heidi Klum, her ex-husband Seal's favorite hairstyle on her was when she pulled her hair in a bun.

STEPS TO CREATING A HAIR BUN


1. Wash and condition hair. 

2. Apply a leave-in condition. Leave-in conditions are vital to hair care. A good leave-in conditioner will leave your hair manageable, help detangle hair, tame frizz  and cut fly aways. Use a wide tooth comb to remove hair knots. Most leave-in conditioners also provide heat protections. My favorite leave-in conditioner is the Neutrogena leave-in treatment.

3. Add a small amount of hair serum to your hair and comb to distribute the hair serum evenly.

4. After you have added the hair serum, it's time to blow dry your hair. I recommend low heat when you blow dry your hair, don't forget to apply heat protectant before you blow dry.

5. Gather hair up and put in a bun. Here is a step-by-step tutorial of an easy way to do that.
Secure hair with a hair band and bobby pins.

7. Finish with hairspray to keep fly aways in tact.
